How can a country where young people are frustrated see the light of hope for themselves and for others! For this we need to keep the youth alive, free from the curse of unemployment . Currently, Covid-19 is showing its power to the whole world. As a result, extreme economic recession may occur in different countries, especially in developing countries. The number of unemployed is already high in Bangladesh, and it is as if the corona is giving a hint of more horror. So we need long-term planning.
Information and Technology:
The current era of information and technology. It is hoped that the demand for IT will continue to increase day by day. Various branches of the IT sector such as network management, software development, web development, database management, MIS, graphics design, SEO, app development, outsourcing, etc. are the door to potential. But our country does not have skilled manpower for this. If we can create skilled manpower in the IT sector, a lot of jobs will be created. In our country, there are a lot of young unemployed, on the other hand, the IT sector is sitting with a lot of potential, not just enough qualified workers. The government has to work to create quality workers. Especially in this lockdown, many people are spending their days lazily sitting at home. In this case, a free online course should be introduced so that many people become interested. We need proper management. Officially those who will take the course, The government will create their own income sector. Those who can't will have to do the course again and become proficient. Everyone's personal information must be with the government. For this the government has to form a separate sector. If one cannot do more than one course, then they can be proficient in any one subject. Then in the future we are young I will be able to reduce the number of unemployed .
Agriculture
When we hear the name agriculture, negative psychological things come to us. But there are endless possibilities in this sector. Especially the fate of the unemployed to open up to different farms such as fish, cattle, etc. We have enough land in our countryside to make these farms. Young people can benefit by planting different vegetables and fruits. In fact, there is a reason why we have a negative attitude towards agriculture. Suppose a person goes to the village with honors and works in agriculture, his relative Rai will make fun of him. Therefore, the government should explain the benefits of the agricultural sector to everyone through TV or other means. There should be a loan arrangement from the government so that the youth can work after finishing their studies.
Career Guide:
Most of our students have no idea about career guidelines. Many do not know what they will do after studying in their subject, what is the future? For this they cannot be skilled in their matter. For this reason, after passing, they do not know what they will do! For this reason, the rate of educated unemployed is increasing. To overcome this problem, every educational institution should have a monitoring department for career guidelines who will be skilled. Because they will give students an idea of their future plans. Many people get frustrated when they do not get the things they want, and they will suggest that they do not get frustrated and move on with the right plan.
Technical education:
The government needs to focus on technical education. This will create a lot of employment. Suppose an honors graduate student is expected to do a job in 1st class. But it was seen that people are not available for 4th, 5th or other class work. Again, students who have completed honors are not applying there. Of course, they will do 1st and 2nd class jobs and will also do honors. But our attitude has become such that we have to do honors anyway, life ends without varsity life! We should get out of this. For this, the government is called upon to pay attention to technical education. Parents need to get rid of the idea that technology means lower class jobs. Apart from that, at the end of the diploma, they have to understand about the opportunity to do B.Sc.
Education system:
I’m not too big and wise to talk about the education system but still have something to say. Our education system is actually like this. Let's not talk about BCS! BCS is the most prestigious sector in the country. Many people dream of becoming a BCS cadre. So no matter what he reads, he is busy memorizing Bengali, English and general knowledge. In this he is moving away from the knowledge of his main subject. Then when he did not get BCS (since the number of seats is less) he became unemployed. Now he has lost the opportunity to work in his institutional affairs. Because he has just studied BCS. For this, it is necessary to have separate categories for all subjects in BCS. Where there will be questions on its institutional issues. A medical student, why would he read Bengali literature! However, if there is a question related to one's subject, even if he does not get BCS, he can at least work on his subject. A student of literature,
Corruption
Corruption destroys the basic infrastructure of a country as much as it eats wood. As a result, qualified people do not get jobs. Unqualified people cannot create new jobs because they are in a responsible position. Desperate to get a job, they chose the path of suicide. For example, if a qualified person is not the best in today's writing competition, he will lose interest in writing later. In this way, the young talented people get lost in the grip of corruption and the country loses its best children. Corrupt, especially in the field of employment, the number of unemployed is increasing.
